Take a look at what a two of our Franchise Partners think about working within the Arrive On Time family.
My name is Felix – Arrive On Time Port Melbourne and with the AOT FAMILY for a decade.
As the saying goes, “If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.” How wrong was I? Of course, I did my research and had my reservations but I followed my gut. So glad I did and I can assure you without reservation, you have made the right choice and you need to go for it.
My only regret? I wish I had come across this opportunity 20 years earlier.
So welcome to the AOT Family in advance, and you can buy me a drink when we meet next to say “thank you”.
My name is Kip – Arrive On Time Cranbourne
I joined because I was seeking a better work life balance for myself and my family.
I did this with absolutely no knowledge of anything when it comes to appliance repair. My two previous careers were all about customer service and this is the heart of AOT.
The entire company has been incredibly supportive from the office to the training. Particularly training; I couldn’t have asked for more from our head trainer (Shaun). His knowledge is incredible, but his patience is his strength.
Joining AOT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
